We try to order here at least once a week.. Probably heading there tonight. The tacos al vapor are a MUST try if you eat meat. My wife is from Mazatlan and when we saw the sign, we didn't believe it. They are steamed on a unit the owner had custom made in CA. The last time we had tacos like these was when living in Mazatlan. I have yet to see a taco truck offer these here in the US. Menu is a bit limited compared to other spots, but I would rather see that in a food truck. We go there specifically for the vapor and pastor. I usually will not order pastor if it is not being carved off the spit, but these are as close as it gets to the real deal. Great family with superior customer service every time we go. This is the cleanest food truck you will find out there. Would love to keep this as our little secret but we need to support this business. There is nothing worse than finding your favorite taco truck to have moved on to another spot because they didn't have enough business. Blessed and cursed at the same time that they are 5 minutes from our home. Too tempting!

Decided to stop after driving by for 4 months. I'm so glad we did! We had Pollo asada and chicken quesadilla. Both were really good. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend tacos el bajio. Plus, friendly people and fast service.

Great service and one of the best tacos I have ever had. Try the Al Pastor Burrito Delux. The meat is flavorful with a light crispness that blends well with the rice and beans. Also had the Torta with Chorizo which was also flavorful. Biting into this torta reminded me of a Mexico City street torta stand. You have to check this new place out!
